Returns/Cancellations

How It Works

To ensure we provide the best product possible, every item is made to order. We also send pictures of your piece before it is shipped, giving you time to review the design.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or cancellations of orders.

Please reach out if you have an issue, or if an item arrives damaged from shipping, please see our Damaged Package or Items policy for further instruction.

Damaged Packages or Items

About Our Policy

Please inspect all packages before opening. If packaging looks damaged, please take a picture of the packaging before opening.

Do not throw packaging away.

If you open your package and discover an item has been damaged during shipping, please send us clear pictures of the item and the packaging, and a detailed description of the damage within 24 hours of delivery.

Do not throw damaged item away or alter it in any way.

We purchase insurance on our packages, and we have to have the packaging and the damaged item in order to properly file a damage claim.

If you do not keep the packaging, or the damaged item, and the damage claim is denied by the carrier, we can not guarantee you a refund, or new piece, without you having to re-order.
